Equipment

  • 1 Big Green Egg
  • 1 ConvEggtor
  • 1 Roasting Pan

Ingredients

  • 4-6 lbs Rib Roast
  • Garlic Salt

Instructions

  • Pre-Heat Big Green Egg with ConvEggtor to 400°F
  • Allow 30 minutes for your roast to come to room temperature
  • Generously apply garlic salt to all sides of the rib roast
  • Place in BGE for 15 minutes at 400°F
  • Lower grill temp to 350°F and cook for 2 hours

Rib Roast Cooking Times:
  • Rare: 1 hour 45 minutes
  • Medium: 2 hours
  • Well done: 2 hours 30 minutes
