Instructions
Fill a large pot with hot tap water
Seal the ground beef in a gallon size Ziplock bag to prevent water touching the beef. Remove any air bubbles to allow it to be submerged
Submerge the Ziplock bag. This can be done with baking weights, or even another bowl that's filled with water that sits on top.
Every ten minutes check the ground beef. Add more hot water if necessary
Within 30 minutes the ground beef should be ready for burgers, meatballs, or whatever is on your menu tonight!
