Defrost Ground Beef In 30 Minutes

- 1 Large Pot
- 1 Gallon Ziplock Bag
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with hot tap water
- Seal the ground beef in a gallon size Ziplock bag to prevent water touching the beef. Remove any air bubbles to allow it to be submerged
- Submerge the Ziplock bag. This can be done with baking weights, or even another bowl that's filled with water that sits on top.
- Every ten minutes check the ground beef. Add more hot water if necessary
- Within 30 minutes the ground beef should be ready for burgers, meatballs, or whatever is on your menu tonight!
